Hmm. The link still works for me. Try going to http://books.google.com and searching for it under the “full view” option. The link to download a pdf should then be in the upper right hand corner. Let me know if this still doesn’t work.

yes, broken, new URL is http://books.google.com/books?id=YlE3AAAAMAAJ&dq=editions:0Sgqm91pUfl9aMbkM8nwel&pgis=1
and yes, many PdFs were withdrawn from full view and switched to Microsoft’s and Yahoo’s programme on archive.org, yeah!
